Need help jazzing up my website banner

I am wanting to jazz up my website banner for my reopening of my site.
There will be $30 order credit for the winner. I already have the banner background but it needs so jazz. I will need one sized for the website and one sized for my banner in the suppliers area here. Smokey says the specs for here are 392pixels by 72pixels and less than 15k in filesize
I would like to have a winner by Sunday the 5th
