Need help! Rba/ mods 101

Hello everyone this is my first post... im new to the Mod and RBA world of vaping and I want to get one! Anyone willing to explain all there is to know about them? I would greatly apreciate any help I helped my friend build a coil today and we vaped his new vape. All I own is a vision spinner 2 and kanger tech aero tank.. sugegstions on getting an affordable RBA and battery? I want one with a tank so I dont need to drip liquid on it every 5 hits. A nice step up from an ego style battery would be an MVP v2. It's a small sized box mod that would allow you to enter the rebuilding world with a regulated mod.
