Need Help! smelly Clapton Coil

hey uhm i need help my rta is tf rta g4, it is smelly the clapton coil, i removed it then washed off Still its smelly i cannot vape on it, then i remove the coils then build a new one still smelly anyone can help me???

Try to dry burn them until they don't smell?

Take the RTA completely apart, soak and the wash all the parts (except coils) in mild dish detergent. RISE WELL!!!!!!
Allow to air dry on the counter. Reassemble and install new coils.
It sounds to me like old juice inside the screw posts.
Also, if you have a VW/VV/TC device, try a lower setting and work your way up till you find the sweet spot.
Also, I don't recommend applying water to coils. Water + Metal = Rust. Rust, when heated, is toxic.

There's a reason why a lot of us "old timers" still anneal our wire before using it to make a coil. First, it makes the smaller gauges easier to work with. And second, it burns off all the impurities and oils that may be on the outside of the wire.
