I believe you have to be a verified member to get to them. Search becoming verified. It will lead you to the application form.

You can't even view them until you are verified.

Once you've become a Verified Member, you will be able to see the Classifieds forum. You can click a link someone has already posted, or click "Verified Member" under the user name of someone who is verified already.

You can get good deals on some items, hard to find items, etc.

if you click the orange colored "verified member" words next to a verified members picture, it will take you to where you need to go as well

thats not required. you can verify through your eBay login if your a seller, as well as paypal if you are verified in their system.

I used the NetIDMe option. I didn't want to have to give out any of that info or my bank account number. That's just a dumb move IMHO.
