I have a few 306 atties. I decided to try one and I couldn't get a decent vape off of it. I have a translucent tip and I can see the atty being totally submerged in juice and all I ever get is the taste of a dry atty. I'm new to 306's so maybe someone can fill me in to what I'm doing wrong.
I don't own a Provari, but have heard you should vape 2.0ohm @ around 4.2-4.6v for best result. It would also make a difference what brand of atty you are vaping also. I personally only vape a genuine JoyeTech or a Cisco spec from Avid. I have found too many issues with other makes of atty's. I purchased some other non name LR 1.5ohm atty's from some vendors and actually found they tested @ 2.0-2.6 in some or most cases. I tend to stay away from the low cost as they are usually the worst ones. I pretty much only use Cisco spec but have some Joyetech's as back ups if Avid is out of stock. You might want to meter your atty's and adjust your Provari to account for the difference.
that should be a great atty. Is it the i06? Maybe lower your voltage? Maybe too much juice if you see it looks like its bathed in juice? I dunno. Do you only have 1? If not try the other one. Maybe it has primer that tastes like its dry or burning?
