Need help with avatar please

Can anyone help me to figure out how to upload an avatar picture please any help will be appreciated

top right, next to inbox, pointer on your user id
click personal details
click avatar
click browse
select picture

Alright thank you ive tried that maybe its just my phone lol

I'm on a computer. might be different. I'm sure someone will know.

I suspect it's the phone, or the avatar pic might be too large. Might try resizing the photo smaller.
