Need help with batteries

I've been vaping for just under 2 months now. Me and my girlfriend went to our local vape shop to get a PV, a battery and a tank, it all came together in a starter kit along with a charger. About 2 weeks later the battery wouldn't charge, we took the charger back to the shop. The guy working there said the charger was fine and the problem rested in the battery. So the next day we took in the battery and the charger, the guy tried the charger again and said it was working fine. Long story short, The problem was the charger. 2 weeks later I now own 2 Vision Spinners, and 1 vision spinner 2.
The 2 and one of the spinners are both broken, I have not treated them poorly, I've never dropped either or sat on them, suffice to say, I have had a horrible experience with vision. Can anyone recommend some good batteries? somethat that has lasted you a long time.

I think the vision spinner 2 batteries are amazing batteries no problems with mine I think you may have gotten clones

But I will say we have not had any complaints about the Vision Spinners although the chargers have given us a few problems...

I would suggest a new vape shop can you post a pic of the packaging the batteries came in? All sides of it?

As bubshait87 alluded to, using an APV or Mechanical mod (read up on amp limits/shorts first) is preferable for longevity compared to ego devices. Replaceable batteries are just that, and when one goes bad it is that much cheaper to replace.

All i have is the clear/black plastic box it comes in, the rest of the packaging got thrown out. i assumed it wasnt a clone because it has a qr code to take you to the website on the box, but i guess a clone could have those too.
