Need help with DSE901 mini

Hi everyone,

My name is Anne and I just received my first ecig today, a dse901 mini. I like it but I'm having a problem changing the cartridge/mouthpiece. It fits so tight I could barely get the empty one off and another on. Now I want to change it again to drip some liquid but I can't get it off. Before I go grab some pliers, can anyone help me come up with an easier way to get the flat-type cartridge off?

Thanks for your help,

Anne with wimpy hands!

I want you all to know, this is all news to me. I admit, I've got one atomizer over here some of the cartridges seem loose on--the rest are just right. Futher, I don't have a good answer for any of you.

I'd like to finish, saying, this tells me the company manufacturing these things haven't the quality control they should have. I mean, all of the attys for your 901 should have the exact same diameter and so should the cartridges fitting them. There are only two reasons I can think of for them not.

1. Somebody isn't watching the automatic machines enough (keeping their parimeters accurate).
2. Somebody is 'high speeding' their maufacture.

I guess I could add a third reason--it got dropped at the factory or enroute.

Beats me people.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for responding and for your suggestions. I got a new atomizer today and guess what, all the same cartridges I had trouble with yesterday work fine on it. So it seems my first atomizer (a platinum) was made a hair too big. Since I know it won't work forever, I'll make do with it but I'm glad to have resolved the problem. Thanks again for your help.

You got it right with rocking... and try the various cartridges you have on the trouble some atty - some may fit better. I'd take a fingernail file to the cartridge part that goes in the atty before using petroleum jelly but that's just me.
