Need help with Ego Mega Atty

I just purchased my first eGo kit from Health-cabin. I am extremely happy with it, but one of the atty's doesn't draw. It activates, but I can't draw any vapor from it.

Does anyone have a trick to make it work, or is it just a bad atty that I need to send back?

There is no trick, drip four or five drops of juice directly into the atty to prime it, hit the button and draw. If you don't get any vapour after half a dozen puffs it's a dud I'm afraid.

I was afraid of that. The 3 others I got work great. I can see the atty heating up, but it it like the bottom is blocked, I tried blowing it out, but that didn't help. I guess it's going back as a dud. Thanks for the help!

In the ego mega and the T the coil in the ceramic cup is on the bottom. Underneath it is the air hole. When the coil and the wick gets gunked up the air hole is restricted. Very poor design which has been solved in the clearos as the wick and coil is raised and therefore has a gap between it and the hole. Cleaning will alleviate this, sometimes inserting a needle gently from the bottom end and having a prod about will too (at your own risk as obviously you could damage the coil). On the tank atty's I solved this by removing the needle plate and pushing the coil and wick over to one side of the cup to leave the airway open. That works a treat and several T atty's we had that were like sucking on a stick work fine now.
