Hi, I got a Ego-T a few weeks ago and it was working great, now I can take two drags, and it works great and then the third drag is harsh and barely any smoke comes out, so I am like thats strange, so I try another pull and same thing, harsh and no smoke. I let it sit for about a half hour try again and the same process happens. What has happened and why is it not getting good clean drags anymore except for the 1st two puffs?

It might be flooding. I have an ego-t system and the tanks where a major problem for me, I found changing over to cartomizers or clearomizers worked much better with them.
Your lucky you got yours to work for a few weeks. Mine worked for a few hours. Was told they are not made to use with VG e-liquid after 24 hour use. And the vendor won't honor the warranty because it wasn't DOA but cannot find anywhere a statement that use is to be only with PG e-liquid!!! Aggravating!!!
Sounds like a flood. Clear it out then try slower drags. I had the same problem and this worked for me.
You may need to adjust the wick inside the atomizers spike. A sewing needle works great for this. Try pulling it up a bit first and if that don't work push it down some. It should be flush with the bottom part of the spike angle, that's what works best for me.
