need help with eliquid

I just purchased some cheap eliquid from a vender on this forum. I ordered dr.pepper, caramel, cherry and chocolate. The flavor is very faint, but thats not the worst part. There is a overwhelming chemical taste and after 4 or 5 hits it burns my mouth almost as if I had put to much pepper on something I was eating. This eliquid is from china.
Is there any way to fix this stuff?

My orginal order (when I started) was from Nhalers and it was fantastic (I only have about 3 or 4 mils left). I washed my atty's and tried the Nhalers - still great, then with another fresh atty tried this china crap I just purchased and its still crap! So I do know its not my atty's.

Any help would be welcomed.


I will check back late tonight - I hope you guys can help. Im going outside to smoke an analog and go to sleep. I have to work in a few hours.

Beats me, I got some coconut that tasted like burning plastic once. Anyway, you might try cutting it down some before you toss it.

Cosciss, A lot of folks are unhappy with the Chinese Dekang, but some folks love it. I had a lot of trouble figuring out what the chemical taste in my orders was coming from. Reminded me of the smell of chemicals and rodent
droppings. I began buying juice (American made) from MyFreedomSmokes,
then going to HappyVaper and getting the flavors I wanted. Also
I found out PG in a good form, (from Happy Vaper) had no chemical smells or odors involved. And of course, VG is odorless.

Even when I have ordered mixed flavors from popular vendors here, there still was a chemical taste/smell. My solution is mentioned above. Many vendors are now handling American made and in my mind, that is higher quality. MyFreedomSmokes, found on home page here at ECF has a sale going on very often. You can bulk buy on their sight. I recently got 250Ml
of unflavored 48mg nic. which I will cut down a lot with flavorings and
good VG & PG.

I am a tobacco flavor person, although I started out with many flavored
custom mixed tobaccos when I first began. HappyVaper has an exceptional reputation and he has a huge amount of flavors, and e-cigs, but no nicotine.

Unfortunately, I think all of us have gotten bad juice at one time or another. Like Bekinder said, MFS is terrific! And there are others that are wonderful as well. Take a look at the Ejuice Review forum and there is alot of good advice there to guide you. I threw my bad stuff away as there was nothing I could do to salvage it. Live and Learn. Now, I know who to order juice from and who to stay away from. Good Luck!

Try American made e-liquid. I see this as a positive trend that alot of vendors are pursuing.

Sometimes you can fix a bad liquid by adding flavoring or mixing 2 liquids together. The fact that it is burning your mouth probably means it is to far gone to even bother with.

LOL! I know what you mean. I have some Dekang stuff that is just AWFUL! It's chemically...perfumey...and just BLECH!

I am now mostly just into DIY. Although, I will say, Ms T's Bakery has great stuff premixed. I do have some other premixed stuff coming from other vendors (not Dekang juice) that I expect to be really good based on reviews.

I have so far, managed to save a bottle of juice that I didn't like by adding my own flavorings to it. Tried it with a bottle of lemon flavor, but it still tastes like crap. When my other flavorings come in, I will try to salvage a few other flavors I have too, but I'm not expecting great results.

The one I did save wasn't AWFUL to vape, just really didn't taste like much. But it seems all of the other bottles I have, have that chemical/perfume smell and taste, so I am expecting to get the same results as I got with the bottle of lemon. It's worth a shot for you though if you have some flavorings that you can add to them.

Oh also, if it's burning your mouth, it *could* be that it's too high in nic or it *could* be the PG. You may want to try diluting the strength and if that doesn't help with the burning, try VG liquid instead.

I did the same thing when I was new and threw it in the trash..
