Need help with evic supreme

evic supreme control unit not working help
hi all
new to this forum and vaping really, brought a evic supreme second hand off ebay , received it today and the direntional key wont work to change the settings?! ia this common? is there anything I can do to fix it?

Welcome to ECF Scrivy! Sorry, I have no idea, never used an evic, but maybe someone here will come along with some ideas.

I've heard of this once before on my forum and its not something you can fix yourself. Try to get a refund and stay away from eBay unless its a trusted seller.

Make sure the device is not locked, in sleep more or off.

When I adjust mine the wheel makes a definite click. Is your wheel just spinning? You can try and upgrade the firmware from joyetech to clear all settings. Try a reset from the software on your PC also.

Everything works fine on it apart from the control key, Yeh it makes a click sound, my mates got one and it feels exactly the same turnin his as it does mine,

Sorry Scrivy but I think the control key sensor is damaged. Not something I think you can repair yourself. The only good news is that everything is configurable through the software. I use an RDA on mine, and have it set to 3.7 volts. It is good on almost all my RDAs from .5 to .7 ohms. Too bad you got a bummer. It is a good unit.

Replacement is pretty much the only solution for that problem. I would contact the seller immediately for a return, as they sold you a broken unit. If they refuse to help, I would recommend filing a claim with PayPal to get a refund.

.. and if everything else fails, you can buy a new eVic Supreme control head, but a new device costs almost the same..

Yeh but there 75 wen u can get the kit for 89 ! Gutted about this one cuz everything else works perfect
