For the last 2-3 weeks, I just read read and read about mod in ECF. I just quit smoking for a month. Right now, I have;
2 IClear 16, 1 Protank Mini 2 v2, 4 650 mAh ego, kind of starter kit.
I'm thinking about getting basic small mech mod(wanna run 18350 battery) that not too expensive
This is what I have in mind

1st: device
Magneto ; $39 from Triangle Vape LLC or $47.99 from discountvapers.com or any suggestion?
HCigar Nemesis Mod ; $47.99 from vaperoyalty.com

Which one is better for noob vapor like me? I would like to get the one that long lasting and reliable.

2nd: Tank
IBTanked ; 22mm HalfLing and Standard

If I use this tank with 1.5,1.8,2.0 ohm on this device, will it work well together?(on IBTanked lowest is 2.0 ohm)
Any suggestion for pre-punched Cartomizer at 1.5 or 1.8?
I would like to try Cartotank because I don't want to drip e-juice all the time.

3rd: Batterry
AW IMR 18350 3.7V 700mAh
Efest IMR 18350 Button Top

Flat top or Bottom top is fit well with those 2 device above?

4th: Charger
Need advice (Not too expensive but reliable)
My price range is around $100-200 for everything
Main thing is compact and user friendly

Any advice would be really appreciated,
Thank you in advance

I have a Nemesis and love it. Cant go wrong with IBtanked tanks either. While the Innokin MVP 2.0 isnt a tube mod, its a great device for beginners as well as "vets". AW batteries are good also. I use my Ibtanked on the mvp all the time. As far as cartos go, Boge and Smok make good ones. The MVP has a built in battery so you wont need the batteries if you go that route.

Here is a link for more info on the MVP. iTaste MVP 2.0 | IN STOCK | - Craving Vapor
Ebay has them for around $49.

I'd suggest going to a brick and mortar and look and hold the mechanicals. You can't judge a mod by its picture. I ended up with a Maraxus as my first mechanical. Its an odd looking mechanical but after handling it, I choose it over the other clones I was considering. I knew I wanted to try a mid range mechanical but couldn't make a decision based solely on pictures and descriptions off the internet.

I love my Magneto, its simple and a great value. I use a JTank and it works perfect a top the Magneto at 2 ohms, have yet to put in a 1.8 yet. I have a Sony 18650 2100mah 30A battery that will last me all day. If you get the smaller 350 batteries be prepared to swap them out through the day. My charger is a Nitecore I2 which was the most recommended to me at the time. Has smart shutoff, can handle all sorts of batteries. I got the charger and battery from eBay for really cheap, just fyi.
