I'm sorry I couldn't help you out, Fran. I don't do too many mints or menthols. I use Capella's Cool Mint in some of my DIY concoctions to brighten them up is all. The only other recipes I have that you might take a look at have other flavorings in them.
40% coconut, 40% menthol crystals, 20% Peppermint
78% Capella’s Cool Mint, 20% menthol crystals
40% cinnamon, 30% menthol crystals, 20% peppermint, 20% pear
