Hello all, what an amazing forum!

So I've been lurking around for the past 10 days or so, and at 3+ hours a night I still feel like I know very little. lol Before I found this forum I thought I had done enough research and decided on a kit to buy, placed my order and found my way here shortly after during the agonizing wait for my kit to arrive.

Now don't get me wrong I enjoy my first kit very much, but there does seem to be a bias against it here.
I purchased the Blu ultra mini in jet black. I did this for several reasons, most I still enjoy. The PCC was very much to my liking, as was the all black with the blue led, pricing, size, and all the great "reviews" I found.

I have had it for about a week now, and tonight I had my first analog since it arrived. Don't think i'll be doing that again!:D My problem with my Blu really is just the battery life. Sitting here browsing different threads I have to changes batteries 6+ times. (UGH! Like right now actually!) So I think I want a new setup for use at home and breaks/lunch at work and i'll keep my Blu for times when I don't want to stick out as much as I would vaping something larger.

My major issue is the information overload, there are so many choices and things to think about that I lose focus. It seems to me that there are loads of battery options that will fit on to a few basic attys/cartos. Much like my blu fits the 510 atty I bought from my local smoke shop to try dripping, which I found to be a dangerous option for an auto batt.

Things I want for my new PV:
1. Long battery life.
2. Vapor/Flavor- Seems to be based mostly on the PG/VG mix in the juice? I seem to get the most of both from my Cherry cartos I got from Blu rather than carts or dripping, but then again I've only tried two flavors of juice from my local shop and have no idea the ratio of the juice.
3. No more constant dripping/filling- I've been watching video reviews of these new tank systems but am scared that without the PCC they will leak in my pocket or whatever.

So... Now that it seems I've typed a novel instead of a quick post, can anyone give me some more direction on where to go from here?

Thank you all in advance. :)

Go for eGo - like batteries. You should have a least 2 900mAh batteries, USB pass for PC-vapeing & 2-3 attys + bunch of cartomizers. CE-2, wool-less cartos are nice thing, but like every single cartomizers require your own modifications to make i work properly after few additional juice injections.

If you have some $$ to spend - buy some good battery mod with different atty's connections. With big 18650 batteries you will have a HUGE amount of power, and you can buy those batteries for just few $. There is plenty of mods - like PROvari for example.

IF you have manual skills, resources and like to DYI - consider some Genessis mods also - You have a 2 huge 250-page topic in mod sections about Genesis atty's and hybrid mini mods. They are pain in the ... to assamble, but the amount of clouds, TH & flavor is worth the effort.

Maybe your liquid have 2 low nicotine level? For the begginers i recomend 24mg juices. Best attys from the regular, stock Chinese production is 510 and 901 serries (in my opinion). (510's are aw right and have nice XL version :)). Consider chaingin you cartrige filling - the stock wool often sux, soo in my country we often change the regular wool with something like this Tank system is cool, but to make it working properly you need some knowledge & experiance.

After experimenting with about everything out there, I've come to the conclusion that what works best for me is the eGo paired with these cartomizers. FIVE (5) Joye 510 compatible e-Cigarette blank low resistance cartomizers (Manufactured by Boge) They are relatively easy to maintain and provide a consistent vape. For liquids I prefer Tasty Vapor and Backwoods Brew. This is the system I would recommend to someone just starting out. Everybody is different though so I am sure you will find suggestions from others to consider.

After almost a year of trying everything I thought would be best, the Ego-T Tank system is the best I've found. The cart is clear, loads quickly with a syringe right through the top of the bottle and then into the cart, there's no filler, and the taste is great right down to an empty cart. Ego battery life, as someone said, is 5-6 hours per charge. Two batts and a couple of spare carts and you are good all day.

I would second the eGo Tank. It is a beautiful PV if you do not mind the larger size. Battery life is great even with the 650mah batts. The tank holds at least 1 mil of your favorite liquid and you can carry your extra batt and some filled tanks if you need to.
These things are just too easy to use. Yes, you can definitely get better mods, but for an off-the-shelf PV, this is the one to buy.
