Need help with SMOKTech XPRO M50

Hello everyone, long time member with little post count. I usually read and lurk, but I need some advice now

I bought a couple of M50 units last week, along with an Aspire and Kanger sub tank. But I am struggling to get everything to work well. I am using the stock coils with the tanks, and one is using Killa Vanilla, the other Cinn-a-bun flavor juices from High Caliber. They are the 18 mg strength.

The problem that I have, is that it hurts to use this. I do not get much vapor, but my lungs hurt when I try, and I am very short of breath. I have used other setups before, and never had anything hurt like this. Also, the flavor does not seem to be there like it seems it should be. And there is less of a cloud than there is from a regular cigarette.

I have tried different wattages from 15-40, but still can't seem to get things setup properly.

Can anyone recommend some things for me to try?

Lower your nicotine level for sure... i can vape an 18 but i could never vape 18mg using a .5ohm coil..I don't go above 6mg.

You would probably be better asking a question like this in one of the tank or rebuildable sections. I don't think the M50 has anything to do with the problems you are having.

I'll try there. I am not sure what the problem is, so I wasnted to try and find people who have the same unit, since most who have the M50 run subtanks with them.

Definitely too much nicotine to start. I had just stepped down to 12mg not long before I got the Atlantis but after I ended up having to step down to 6mg. I couldn't imagine 18.

How did it feel with too much nicotine? Was it like being hit in the chest with a baseball bat? I wonder if that is the whole problem...

That's how I felt when I first started dripping and depending on the e-juice too. Some vendors, I can no longer drip with, it just has harsh after taste compared to using to old skool tank system like the Kanger Pro Tank 2.

I lowered my nic from 12 to 6 and when available 3.

I wonder if you fried your coils? Did you drip juice into them before using them, then fill the tank and wait at least 10 minutes? I usually wait a 1/2 hour or so.
