Need help with strange looking Ego-T Type B LR Atty

I normally place eGo-T Type B LR atty orders with Cignot, but this time I purchased one from Liberty Flights. The problem is...well...it has no wick. It looks like one humungous ego atty (see photos) .

My question is - how the heck do I use this? Do I drip directly in it? It's supposed to be a tank, but how can juice get onto that atty if there's no wick to penetrate the tank?

I'm dying to try it but I don't want to until I know how to use it properly.

You can drip it or buy some eGo type B mega carts, both work fine.

ETA: BTW that is an eGo type B mega atty.

Well I guess they messed up my order because on my invoice it clearly states: "Low Resistan Joye eGo - T LR Steel eGo - T Atomizer - LR Type 'B' Single $13.59 1 $13.59."

Will the eGo-T type B non-mega tank work? I reason I ask this is because the tank fits, but loosely. Or is there a big difference regarding the bottom cap?

And what's so special about the mega cart? It looks identical to the original ego-T type B - except for the inside.

Can you not pop the cap off a B tank cart and put some filler in the tank to use it like a 901 or 501 cart?
I can't find it now but I'm sure I saw a YouTube vid where some1 used the filler from a carto.
