Need help!!

I just downloaded tapatalk for my Ipad and I cant find ECF on it. Help!!!

I just had the same problem. Go into networks and click on Society and Culture. Then I believe I either just scrolled down or put in e ciggarette as a search. Hope that helps.

I think I had to search for e cigarette forum just like that

The only to find it is you have to search e cigarette that is the only thing it comes up under. Thanks for the help.
