Hello everyone.
I just ordered my first mech mod.I was going to order the cravela with the 18650 tube but then decided to get the one with the 18350 tube because added a few other goodies aswell.
Now im worried about the battery.I dont know much about batteries so i was thinking that since ill be using the 18350 which is really small in size compared to the 18650 will it give me less vapor ?
I read somewhere that they have low current discharge like around 10A ? Whereas the 18650 had around 30A ?

Im really confused please help me out.I dont need immense amount of power but need decent vapor/flavour production and i dont think ill go below 0.5ohms.

Thanks.

With a 18350 you will be limited with regards to Amps & mah

Here are several batteries you can look for:

1. AW IMR 18350 800mah 12A (new)
2. Purple Efest IMR 18350 700mAh 10.5A
3. Efest IMR 18350 800mah 6.4A
4. AW IMR 18350 700mah 6A

Make sure you take into account that you will need to allow for some headroom. I typically allow at least 30%.

Yes, and like you pointed out you'll have a lower amp limit that you'll need to take into consideration. They don't make 30 amp 18350s. Good ones are around 10 amps. Building down to .5 ohm with a 10 amp battery will be ok, but I wouldn't go any lower. And that battery will not last very long at that resistance!

Depends on what battery it is and what watts your vaping at.

The battery drain tab on the steam engine site should give you an idea
Battery drain | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

Doing a quick look up and say a aw 18350 800mah battery in a mech mod at 0.8Ω it says run time 10 minutes - 125 5 second vapes.
