Difficult to diagnose without pics but its most likely a simple fix. It's quite likely that your positive pin just isn't making connection with the atomizer. Check your connections and make sure the battery is charged.
Did you tighten the screws in the bottom of the unit to make proper contact with the negative battery terminals/secure the batteries?
You want to make sure you know the ins and outs of those type of devices.
Know how the 510 connection meets the copper strap inside. Know how the button makes connection. Know how the negative bottom screws secure the batteries. Know about maintence. Last think you want to do is vent two batteries.
Post pictures of the various components as others said. And make sure you watch a video explaining how to use it.

Hey guys thanks to everyone for ur input. I got the black one and it turns out u have to scratch the paint off where the button touches the device. Now it hits amazing really recomend this mod to anyone
