Just wanted to add a bit to help you get a bit more vapor production with your set-up.
Since you have the Mutation X, airflow is not a problem. Adjust it so that it's about 2/3 open. Build a dual coil, 3mm ID, 9/8 wrap (if you're using 26g Kanthal), align your coils with the bottom airholes on the Mute and pull your wicks through. Then take the tip of your little screwdriver, or tweezers and space the coils out a bit. Basically enough space between the coils to equal the distance of the wire itself. juice everything up, and start out around 75W... you can dial it up from there, but let me know how you like it there... should be good production and still have some solid flavor!

To the Op...... Don't let the term "regulated" confuse you or throw you off as I see others here who have referred to it and they are correct in their statements. However, regulated mods do not limit/regulate the current output to the coils in the proper operating range of the device design. Both mechanical mods and regulated mods will have increased current flow through the coil(s) when the resistance of the coils is decreased. I used to design regulated circuits and have much experience with them. The only time that regulation plays a very noticeable role to the person who vapes is when there is either a direct short circuit load, or you go below the specified resistance that the device allows. The regulated circuit will take over and not allow you to fire your mod (overload protection).

So just because a mod is regulated does in no way imply that the current is regulated or fixed when traversing through the coil(s). If you crank up the wattage on a regulated device (like the IPV4) then the current will indeed increase through the coil(s).

That's a very subjective question as it is determined solely by each individual........ I vape and drip all day long as I am somewhat of a chain vaper and I also use a dripper (RDA) most of the time........ I go through lots of juice........ Most folks vape lots less and so there is really no way to answer. That is, if I understood the question properly.
