Technically, vaping is illegal in Saudi Arabia. There are online shops in country, but you need to be very careful about who you order from as well as vaping in public.

I'll see what I can find...have you tried the Al-Rashid Mall? I know they're high end but I'm just thinking maybe...

It seems it is kind of an underground thing...as it's not 'halal'...it seems there is an on-line presence being built up for vaping supplies but they're not yet operational, and a few guys on instagram. I'll check with some guys at work...they just came back from Riyadh back a few months ago and I'll see what they know.
