I'm a totally a newbie to DIY vaping. I have tried to find a supplier to buy some Nicotine Concetrate in Sri Lanka , unfortunately I couldn't find one. There are some Vape shops in the Island but they do not have nicotine concentrates with them. So I decided buy it online. I need recommendations from you guys. Please help me out.

There are a lot of laws regarding nic bases and they change drastically from country to country. I have no idea what the laws are in yours.
Used to be both India and China had juice base manufacturers.

@Chamivapes you could try if hiliq.com ships to Sri Lanka. My last order (a liter of 200mg nic) a few months ago was very good, potent nic with a slight but pleasant earthy undertone. They ship discretely (no ref to nic) and shipping is very fast too (few days).
