For information, right here on ECF. I think the DIY section is excellent although I rarely post there, it's one of the first forums I check. You can find it DIY E-Liquid <--- there. You will need 15 posts to post in there, but you can read everything now.

Are you looking for supplies though, is that what you meant? Or perhaps recipes?

For a store with all your needs (including bottles / pipettes / syringes / flavors) I like either:

Wizard Labs
One Stop DIY Shop

For flavorings I prefer
Perfumers Apprentice - Professional Flavors - my favorite. affordable, great service, great flavors.
Capella Flavor Drops - Over 75+ Water Soluble Concentrated Flavorings (some issues with ordering via usps.. option just wont appear for some people so shipping can run you for a lot (at least $11) if you experience this bug)
http://flavorwest.com/ - Cheap! They do have some really remarkable flavors though, but do your homework as not all of them are as highly regarded.

Ok. I make my own e liquid as well and I use e cig for u for my nicotine and pg , vg. In my own person opinion or "review" they ship very quickly, have good prices and their products have been very good, including nicotine. I use the perfumes apprentice for my flavors. I believe their are many choices available to do it yourself and you don't have to use only one. I get a excellent deal on bulk bottles from amazon.com as well as my measuring syringes. My advice for someone new is to search around, try out SEVERAL places for supplies. You can find some very good deals and quality products if you search. Also use what YOU like. After trying different sources find one YOU like and use it. Don't feel like you have to use one certain place for supplies. Just my two cents. Since we are talking about supplies.
