need link to 'home made' ohm meter for Sub Ohm use

Pulling my hair out looking for a thread which had a link to a Ohm meter a guy makes for Sub Ohm use. I would really appreciate somebody steering me towards it. I think they guy would sell a kit to make it or give the specs.

Hi Dave, Thanks for the quick reply. Sad to say this is not the one for which I am searching. The one I'm after was made by an individual. His plans and all that.

Hope someone remembers. It was on a thread about rebuildables and sub ohms, if that helps.

None of those are the one. I appreciate the replies, though.

This was a meter (or possibly two separate meters) a very smart man and it seems to me that he made other things, too, but I can't find my way back there - YET! I am not giving up. It may come back to me, if it does, and I haven't received a reply with the correct answer by then, I will post the link here.

Maybe if you describe its form and function and the way it connects, we can zero in on what you are looking for. Is it external, 510 mount, or some kind of device that builds into a mod for internal sub ohm resistance checks? Or is it an external device that you attach a coil with screw down connectors to check it before mounting in an atty?

Seriously... get a multimeter instead.

Much more versatile... Also checks your batteries and stuff.

Latest when you get a hybrid-mod of some kind, you'll NEED one.

... And can be had for the same kind of money... if not less.
