Need more umph!!

Ok so I have a Tornado from Totally Wicked (similar to Ego-T system) and I have a Silver Bullet(using at 3.7v). My only problem is that I can't seem to find the right atomizer combo that gives me that holy guacamole feeling that I want.

I am using the standard 501 attys that came with but just kind of need a little umph if you will. Don't like to constantly drip. I tried the fluxomizers and didn't really care for them. Don't want to spend a ton on a map tank. Just curious what suggestions you all might have out there?

I guess the ultimate question is should I try using a different atty? If so what do you suggest?

Well, you can try LR atomizers with your SB and drip. You can also try LR 510 cartomizers from IkenVape and see if those will work for you.

If you decide to give the LR atties a go you'll need to drip because carts can't wick fast enough to keep them wet.

The 2.4ohm cleomizers are what I use at 3.7. They work great when you get them working. But they require some work. Other than those I think a low resistance 306 atty might be what you need. The only thing to note is an ego battery can be damaged at lower than 2.0ohms. If it's still not enough hit you may want to look into variable volt devices.

edit: 306 attys have the same thread as 510 so they will work with what you have

I like big nasty throat hits and plumes of vapor... at 3.7v, try the 306... I've only tried Cisco LR 306s from AvidVaper.com, and they really satisfy me. I also love Ikenvape's attys... I hear good things about both their 306 and their 510 low-resistance attys.

Try LR first but, I suspect you have a 5V mod in your future.

Stick a couple of these in your SB and you've got a 6v device. Ultrafire Protected 16340/RCR123A 3.0 V Li-Ion

Since you don't like dripping, try some of Ikenvapes LR cartomizers. They are excellent. Provides everything you are wanting in a vape.

At least one person knows what they are talking about. Good suggestion. If the person says they want more "umph" or throat hit, changing the atty is not going to cut it. (although the LR is a small step in the right direction) A good 5 volt or variable volt PV is the only real option for someone who wants good consistent throat hit.

As someone who has smoked for 25 years allow me to be completely honest with you. There is no e-cig on this planet that will taste and act exactly like a real cigarette. They just don't exist and they never will. As soon as you can accept that you can move on. An e-cig is an alternative to smoking, but not a replacement. I've been cigarette free since I started with my e-cig, but I quickly reminded myself everyday that this is NOT the same experience and spent more of my time reminding myself why I quit in the first place.

There are many things I've learned about my addiction to cigarettes and one of the most obvious realizations is that there is no replacement, there are only alternatives. I'm only stating this because I think it's an important distinction, one that some people fail to accept. There are times I look back on smoking and feel that I'm missing something or how much better life would be if I just had a smoke. That feeling quickly vanishes when I take my mind off it by vaping or popping in a snus, but what really makes it work for me is remembering how crappy I felt when I was smoking and how lucky I am to walk away from this affliction.

I don't mean to preach and I apologize in advance of that's how I'm coming across. I think you get my point. In time, a very short time, you will no longer need that oomph or feel a desire to smoke because that oomph you're seeking is nothing more than an attempt to bring back that feeling that cigarettes gave you. Cigarettes also give you trouble breathing, poor circulation and a whole other list of problems that aren't even worth discussing they're so bad. Let it go if you can and time will allow you the strength to move on for good.

I put a Cisco LR306 on my SB and holy rickets I was blown away by the amount of vaper. I literally hacked up a lung almost because I was taking my normal puff. Thanks everyone for all the advice. I think I found what I was looking for.
