Hi guys

Im using a Titan510 at the moment and im using totally wicked e-liquid. I cant seem to get much vapour though.

I use the pre made cartridges and then i refill them once they are dead with 1 or 2 drops of e liquid. I also have tried to remove the filling in the cartridge and drip 2 drops straight on the atty and put the cart with filling on and puff that way.

However i dont seem to be able to get much vapour, your advice would be appreciated.

Cheers

You do not mention how long you have been vaping on your 510. I would be less likely to recommend changes to your e-liquid as TW liquid produces very good vapor on a properly function vaping device.

Weak or dying atomizer and weak batteries are generally the primary culprits to reduced vapor production. You do not say how long you have been using your current atomizer, but it may be dying, particularly if you recall the same atomizer to have produced better vapor when you first started using it. Even though a battery can show a full charge, over time it is less and less able to provide sufficient current to get your atomizer to heat up completely.

Try this:

1- Pull filler out of cart with tweezers and rinse completly under hot running water.
2- Rinse out empty cart as well.
3- Dry filler by patting on paper towel until no more water appears on towel.
4- Dry out cart by blowing, shaking or even shoving paper towel into cart. (dont leave any paper towel in there ;) )
5- Squeeze about 10 drops e-liquid into empty cart.
6- Push filler back into cart.
7- Use tweezers to push filler down into cart - all the way down to the juice and then pull back up to edge of cart.
8- "Top off" cart/filler with about 5-6 more drops until bubble of liquid forms and wont go down into filler.
9- Wipe off top of cart/filler with a paper towel to soak up bubble.
10- Squeeze 2 drops directly onto atomizer coil.
11 - Place cart on Atty and VAPE!

Let us know how that works for ya.

In my limited experience;

It could be a lot of things. On my Joye 510 if a battery is the cause, the battery will go down in a few minutes at most--so that's not usually a surprise to me (within a few minutes I'll know if its' the battery.

The atomizer may not be heating up right. Since yours is pretty new I don't think that's the problem unless it came in 'bad'. If you have trouble drawing air, the air passages might be blocked. A way to check the atomizer--to see if it is running good, pull the cartridge off and push the button...is the atomizer's bridge turning red? If so, it's not the atomizer.

The cartridge. Not enough juice in the cartridge is one problem. If you are using pyramid tea bags as filler, they work best if they are sticking out a little higher than polyester filler. Both have to be wet.

Whether you use polyester filler or tea bag filler in your cartridge...if they are pushed down in the cartridge too far--you will get little to no vapor.

If you have dripped a few drops on your atomizer and got no vapor...I'd think it was the atomizer.
