Need some advise for eJuice

Hi,

I've just gotten my first e-cigg. And started vaping only like days ago. I just want to get some advise from veterans with regards to ejuice.

Where should I start in terms of dosage? I know there are 0/6/12mg nicotine ejuice. If I'm a 1-2 pack per day person, how much should i start? I gotten a 3ml iclear 30s tank and a 6mg 120ml stash. But am not sure what are the recommended dosage per day. I dont want to get carried away vaping non-stop, since its become so convenient.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Not sure if there is a recommended dosage, but depending on your setup you should be fine. 6mg isnt very much unless you are chain vaping at very low ohms.

Not sure if anyone is able to get by with just 0mg eventually? I'm currently on 6mg and yes it isnt much but my mod generates enough vap that I can live with the low nic.

Im currently in the process of dropping to zero nic. I make my own juices now and i make them with 0nic but i still have some juices left over with nic in them and i have been using them a couple of times a day.

I personally believe you should start with 12mg. If you were a 1- 2 pack a day person I would go higher just until the craving to smoke is over.

Thanks for the advise, I'll see if I can cope with 6mg for now. Else I might just start from 12mg and work my way down.
