cigabuy has some great prices on their liquids... downside is that they come from China and it takes like 3 weeks to arrive...
There's a button in the menu at the top of the page labeled "Forum Suppliers", you can also find them on the main page towards the bottom. These are suppliers that have proven themselves trustworthy in the ecig world, their the only ones I'll use, I learned the hard way during my first 6 months.
