Need some questions answered about shipping mods from Canada to USA

I'm not sure if this is the correct location to post but I bought a QP design fatal mod from a company in Canada I've been looking for it for quite a while and don't know it's been out for a few years but I've always liked that mod. I used the company that my buddy had used a few months ago to send a modern RCA headline Canada to us no problem. You got to submit your purchase for review and they'll let you know if it is a bend product you can't send or if you can never heard a response so I went ahead and bought it literally the day it's delivered to spot in Canada the company then decides to tell me we cannot send you this this is a band product ecig mods cannot be sent internationally. Sorry I pay $10 to send product back for return if I'm even able to I'm sure I can cuz it's not open. Is there anyone out there that knows away to send mod s person to person from Canada to USA I've been searching for this mod for a long time mine decided couldn't find establish so I get clear I'm going to be really mad if I have to return it cuz I don't see any other companies out there that have it. I don't know if anyone starting me advice or information or help me out I'd appreciate all kinds of advice and helpful ideas cuz i really dont want to return it thanks
