Hey all;
Recently, I had one of the 900mAh eGo batts that I purchased from Liberty Flights go bad on me, and I'm trying to get in contact with someone from customer service so that I can get it replaced. I checked on the website, yet the only pertinent thing I can find is a link to e-mail either support or sales.
That said, I sent an e-mail to the support department about a week ago, but I haven't received a reply yet. I even turned down my junk-mail filters and have been checking my junk mail box. That said: does anyone here know of a better/more correct way of getting in contact with customer service for warranty issues?? I would greatly appreciate it!!
Thanks!!!!
