I've got a VV Woodville that I need to send back for some tweaking. It's extremely hard to feed juice through it, hard enough that I feel like I'm going to drop a lung trying. I can get juice up into the cartomizer after some hard lung work, but the vape is rather "dry" for lack of a better way to explain it. So, I never use it because it acts funny. I've got 2 other VV woods that work flawlessly so I'm pretty sure that it's something just not exactly right with this one. I've traded out bottles and cartomizers and snipped the tube at an angle and it's still the same. I'm thinking it might be the O ring sitting a bit cockeyed, but not sure.

Anyways, normally I would just PM Robert about it and send it back. With him being under the weather though right now I don't want to bother him with a PM. How do I get it back to them?

Valerie, You can PM Robert. He is on here after noon for sure. Or you could send an email here: reo@reosmods.com

You will need to include your problem, and your email addy that you used to order your REO.

Before you do that you might want to try to push that o-ring straight with a blunt small object. You could also make sure the cap is not too tight. Did you take the bottle off and either force water through the tube with a syringe and out the connector? Or blow the juice out the connector? That will let you know that it is not blocked. If there is a block some have stuck a pin down the center of the connector to clear it out. Then tried the water again.

Just suggesting before you send it off.

Ruh roh. I was trying to push the o-ring in tighter and pushed it up into the bottle cap. Snort. I fished it out and I'm going to try to re-sit it in the cap. Worse that'll come of it is I'll have to send it back to Rob which I was going to do anyway.

At least now I've got a project here to lure me away from house cleaning.

Karen, it's official. You are a genius my dear! I don't know if it was because I knocked the O-ring out of place so I had to take it out completely and re seat it, If it was the warm water flushed through the connector, or if it was opening the tube up with a blunt tip 14 gauge needle(seemed like the tube was almost stuck together at the bottom until I threaded the needle through it.)Whatever the problem was seems to be gone now though. I barely need to squonk at all to get juice through it!!

Rob, I'm so glad you're back up and around!! Looks like I won't need to be sending it back though, thanks to Karen. :)

YaY! Sometimes I do get something right! So happy it is good now Valerie! Even though it probably would have liked to "go on a trip"!
