Need to smooth out delrin drip tip

My new delrin drip tip has a bit of roughness around the inside of the hole. It's not horrible but I tend to feel it when I use it.

What would be the best thing to use to smooth it out without ruining it entirely.

Here's a pic so you can see what I'm talking about. It's a little linty because I wiped it down with a cheapy paper towel.

150-220 sand paper should smooth that out quite nicely or a drill bit of the same size operating in reverse.

It looks like there was a bit of chatter in the cutting bit that caused it. Shoot me your name and address in PM and i'll get you out a new one Asap

That's super sweet, but I took switched's advice and used the finest sand paper I had from a distressing kit and then used the buffing tool from the same kit and it's now perfect.

but maybe you can sell more of those and call them lip exfoliating tips, a spa experience while you vape

edit: this is another reason why I love super T.

once david comes out with a 14500 only MOD, I'm getting in line as soon as I can.
Like many others...I have a ton for 14500 batts, so its an easy switch.
