Ok, first let me start off by saying this is my first post outside of the new member area, and if this topic is not in the right sub forum I am sorry..

I'm attempting to quit smoking and figured I'd give an E-cig a try. I have been vapeing for about 3 weeks now and still smoking 1 or 2 cigarettes A day vs 20 before I decided to "quit".

my current setup is a V2cig with the short stubby battery and "full" carts.
I like the set up but it's just not cutting it.. I was recommended to try the Volt by another member here in my first "new member" thread.

im attracted to setups that are small and skinny so the volt is ideal.. From my understanding thus far is that, the volt has a better battery life, is overall cheaper, and allows you to attach a tank to your battery..

The tank is a + because I can use stronger juice that v2 does not offer and I also have more flavor options...

So my question is/ are:

is it that big of a diffrance between the vapor output of the v2 and the volt? Is the volt a better overall option?

TIA~ Todd.

The short answer is no.

They are both 3.7v batteries. Meaning they will both give you the same vapor output all other things(carto and juice) being equal. Increasing vapor depends on a number of factors including type of juice, resistance of the carto, and voltage of the battery\device.

Battery life depends on mah. The higher mah the longer the battery will last. Unfortunately, the small battery ecigs just don't last very long. This is the reason many people move on to bigger batteries.

My advice to you would be to try an Ego Twist battery and a ViVi Nova tank. This combo won't cost you a lot of money and will allow you to learn how variable voltage and reisitance affects your vape experience.

Good luck.

Plus one on the Twist.

The Vivi Nova tanks work rather surprisingly well, too. The mini/skinnier ones look better on an ego-sized batt, imo, but don't hold as much juice. That's kinda irrelevant though because, personally (regardless of size) I have to keep topping them up before they're 3/4 full to avoid dry hits. Lower resistance replacement heads will increase density and warmth of vapor, btw.

Dost mine eyes deceive me?
Did Bad just post the same video on my blog?

Volts aren't great. IMO they are for people who didn't smoke that much or for no one at all.

For the price you could get the far superior Joyetech eGo-C Twist or, if you want to go bigger, get a Smoktech VV Gripper (Vaporbeast.com has the best deal - tell em Shoga sent you). Volts are childsplay, IMHO. If you got money to burn then I'd consider a Stallion, Provari, or Zmax.

Yes, Bad, let it be known that I suggested the Provari.
