I just bought black cigar, french pipe, cherry, caramel and island tobacco super concentrates from Vapingzone. My first question is if you have used these tobacco flavors, or any tobacco flavor, what % PG/VG tastes the best for you? Second, Vapingzone recommends using 2.5% flavoring. If I were to add another super concentrated flavor to the tobacco, would you suggest using 2.5% of each flavor or 2.5% flavor total?

i use pg vg and i add a drop or tow water for a 10m bottle. im new to DIYing and i had some problems for first bottles. however im getting a bit better now. as i prefer tobacco taste i only tend to diy those. i had some juice thats tasted trouble, i have added some carmel, marshmallow and EM to them and they got much better taste. for tobacco juice the more darker flavor the less drops i add. i add 5 drops of a goldish flavor color 2.5-3%. and then one drop of carmel one drop of marshmallow or EM. some time peanut butter as well. i taste it after a while if more carmel, EM or marshmallow is needed i do so and add a drop or so. tobacco flavors are so damn hard to deal with but i love them, and i hope i get better diying them. cheers:)

Looking at your list of concentrates it appears you like dark, spicy and peppery tobacco flavors. I would go 70/30 PG/VG. I would start with 20% total flavoring as a max. Most super-concentrates are used at a lower percentage. So let's say you want a cherry, caramel and vanilla flavored black cigar. You have SC's for all those flavors except vanilla. So your recipe would go 2.5% - 2.5% - 2.5% - 5%. That puts you at 12.5% total flavoring. You'll have 7.5% to work with additives like ACV, EM, TA, etc. These are just baselines to start of your recipe experiment. You can adjust up or down according to your taste.

Em may add a tiny touch of sweetness some find. However its more used to round out the sharp notes in tobaccos. You will find similar results using distilled vinegar or apple cider vinegar. 1 drop per 5ml. If you want more sharp notes and bite you may want to skip em or vinegar altogether. Sometimes theres a little something "off" flavor wise that says, "well that little note of flavor sticks out way too much for my liking". Em or vinegar will help with that.
