Ok so I have an IPV3 and a little boy atomizer with any help as to why it keeps changing the ohm reading on it

It makes a big difference if the ohm reading is just changing by +/- 0.1 or whether it's changing by several ohms.
So is it that you've been using ipv3 and little boy rda for 2 weeks and now it is giving problems?
Make sure that the RDA's post screws are quite snug.
Dry burn the coil(s) between wick changes. Accumulated juice gunk can alter the resistance, and will need to be burned off (pulse only as long as it takes the coil(s) to glow, blow off the ash, and repeat as needed.)
