hey, i am new to ecf and pretty new to vaping. first i gotta say thanks to all of you posting members, i've been reading posts here for a few days and they seem to be very informative.

With that been said, i got a few question yet unclarified,
Are all the 510 models the same (e.g- titan, dura c, joye 510...) ? Meaning- could i use a joye510 atomizer or batt on a dura c e-cig?
I intended to buy the joye 510 (which i understood is the original brand) but didn't find any store to ship it to israel, or basicly outside America.
So the idea now is to get the equivalent if i could still use original parts.

Another thing is- i read somewhere i shouldn't use organic (vg based) eliquid for maintnance issues, any truth i that?

Lastly, and sorry for the drag, no pond intended,
My first intent was to buy the ego-t since it has a better battery and easier filling mech, but a review about it and the it takes for the juice to get to the atomizer from the tank turned me arround. Think the interfacing issues still worth it compared to 510?

The israeli vandors jacked prices up more than x4 times of the stores i saw recommended on ecf. So does anyone know any internatinal reliable seller?

Can't wait on getting a better device.
Thanks in advance

WELCOME TO THE ECF

It's good to see that you made the choice to be a member here. There are a good amount of options for you in terms of vendors that will ship to Israel:

E-Liquid
Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail--
Eastmall
Best electronic cigarettes_ecigarettes_eliquids_ejuices - Heaven Gifts

I would HIGHLY suggest you get something like a Ego or Riva for your first e-cig. Due to longer battery life, versatility, and performance. As for your questions:

1. Yes all 510 models have the same threading (which is why it's referred to as a 510 device, etc.)
2. You can use it on a dura c if it has 510 threading.
3. That's not true. You can use it as long as you maintain your atomizer. For cartomizers, you will have to sacrifice the duration of usage with VG juices. Also, you will have to let it rest a little while longer in order for it to wick correctly.
4. I've personally had very good results with an Ego-T but, since you live in an area of the world that is very hot. Then this CAN cause untypical leaking issues. If you want tips then I'm more to help. Another good thing is that you can still use cartos and atties with your ego-t batt in case you decide that it's not for you.

Welcome to our house(yours too, now)...510 refers to a threading system between a batt and attachments...there are 510 threaded slimline batts(not recommended because of batt life/capacity...180-280mah), then, there are 510 "fatt batt" models(650mah and up)...these models are much preferred...these include any Ego/Riva/Kgo models...be aware, all these are made at the same couple R three manufacturers in China and ANY vendor, who buys enough of them, can have their name placed on them...the Ego is the original fatt batt model, the Riva/Kgo are improved models of the Ego(IMO)...I would avoid(like the plague) the "T" systems, just way to fiddly to get to operate properly...instead, look to using a cartomizer system...either the Boge2.0ohm or the Smoktek 1.7ohm XL cartomizers(referred to as the Resurrectors around here)...cartos are about as fiddle free as is possible and there is a tank system available for them as well...I know there are plenty of vendors who do overseas shipping...you would havvta contact any of the Forums Suppliers yourself to see for sure...BUT, I do know that Brent at hoosierecigsupply.com does do International Shipping, is one of the vendors who carries the Kgo(one of the best units available) along with the Boge and Smoktek cartos and I give them my best rating for a vendor(there are others)...also from hoosierecig is the E-Power...the same cost as teh Kgo, BUT is modular, uses an industrial batt, which drops in like a flashlite(MUCH cheaper) as opposed to the others which are proprietary units with switch/batt combined......the choices are obviously yours BUT, those are my suggestions..............

I loved the ego T system but it is temperamental in the heat and has major issues with cleaning being a PITA. I would give a ce2 tank a try they are awesome when it comes to flavor, easier to clean, and have many different resistances available. I use a bauway 1.7ohm ce2 on a 18650 510N (I hate the thing PV I am helping others try to convert to ecigs so often now I have not had time to finish making the 8 unfinished mods on my electronics table). do your research and read up on everything here there are hours and hours of information here and if you ever need help someone is always here with an answer of at least a valid opinion.

I concur with those mentioning the eGo-T and heat being a temperamental problem. I'm in California and was using my eGo-T during summer. When I got in my car at the end of work I had to make sure I kept the eGo-T in my shirt pocket or on my lap and didn't put it on the car's internal black plastic (obviously hotter than stated temperature, maybe by 20+ degrees), or I could guarantee a pretty serious flooding, both with the proprietary eGo tanks and regular cartomizers). YMMV Still, 6 months on this eGo-T and cartomizers has meant the world to me. :)
