Next time you make popcorn the old fashioned way, salt the oil. A good amount of salt, don't go crazy though...
As the popcorn pops in the pot, the popcorn is seasoned as it pops...add lots of butter.

Me thinks we have us a resident popcorn gourmet. Have you ever done popcorn in peanut oil? Another interesting twist.
