Thank you for saying that, exactly what I posted and HRH had to get their two cents in. I see why people are turned off by the "NT Fam" if you're not a darling of the crew your just a customer on the outs.

Hell, I posted as well. I threw few questions out there with an answer as well to determine if the op is for real or not. If nothing else, the post may help others which is always a goal of mine anyway. May have tossed more effort at it than I should of but then again, I had fun doing so.

I posted in the other thread, then I saw your post in that one.

I saw the original posts and did not respond! The OP stated they had contacted NT and that is all they needed to do. Posting the same complaint twice seemed strange to me. Advise is something we all seek from one time to another but I really wish the OP had given Clark time to respond before posting. So, this is just my opinion! Clark cares about us and there is no doubt in my mind that he has responded in a helpful and professional way!

Struggling to contain my displeasure at this thread at the moment, but here goes.

1. I made a mistake posting two threads. I openly admit it. Newb mistake, okay? Move on. I have.
2. My intention was never to complain about the bottles I received in order to receive new ones for free to double up my order. I was genuinely confused about why I disliked these juices when they had rave reviews from just about everyone else here on the forum.

3. (and this is less important) I'm a woman, so stop referring to me as dude.

Personally, I think it's kind of trashy to slam another forum member on another portion of the site when acting like you're helping on the original thread. It's two-faced as hell.

In any case, thanks to Dani for being genuinely helpful and taking what I said seriously, and thanks to Clark for the great customer service. He's the reason I'm over here browsing the Nicoticket section to begin with. This thread has soured it a bit for me, but I guess I can't let two or three jerks determine my experience.

I apologise for my snarky post. Earlier it did look a bit dodgy as you had 3 threads going mentioning halfway through you had sent Kent a message, that's when I wondered why not wait for Kent to get back to you before continuing with 3 threads. Even so my comment was out of line sorry.

Hang in there my friend. A stranger on another part of this forum is often seen in the wrong light. Good for you for standing up for yourself. :thumb:

Also, many here in this sub-forum forget that this is not a forum outside of ECF. A perspective I would like to see changed as everything we post can and is seen by anyone on the WWW not just members of ECF. And can reflect on NT as a result. You provide an example of this, and I'm sorry you feel put upon...

As I'm a mod in this sub I could not post on your asking for help. Now I can. Hang in there, taste really is subjective and what others taste you may not taste at all. Glad you involved Clark as he is very interested to see if his juices are doing good or not. As was said in your threads it really could be you are hyper sensitive to the vanilla extract. This could change for you too...your juices are definitely steeped enough so it just may be your tongue waking up from smoking. Or it could be something else. I would say wait a bit and try them again, you never know!

And please feel welcome here, you are family now! :)

Woahh mang....don't think any of the folks were trying to be genuinely rude. This is a great place with some really great people. Hopefully you end up enjoying your juice.

empteeteacup (such a terrible thing to find empty), I apologize for my ill comments in this thread. Understand our initial reaction was that someone was trying to take advantage. We are rather overly protective of each other on ECF lately due to seeing some of our Nicoticket (NT) family members being taken advantage of by people looking for free stuff. Your threads just happened to come along while we were still in "defend mode". While that is not your fault, I am sure that if the situation were reversed, you would have had the same thoughts.

It's cool. I totally get it. I work retail, so I'm extremely familiar with the crap people will make up to get free stuff (or to "return" things that are actually stolen to get cash for their next fix).
