Nemesis Button/Spring Issue

Hey guys,
Any Nemesis owners out there having issues with the brass spring and metal spring getting entangled and leading to misfires?

I keep having to break down the button and realigning the springs fairly often.

I got my Nemesis a couple months ago and the only issue I had was the switch being too soft and firing when standing up. So I took it out and stretched it a little. It's now a little stiffer and won't fire unless I press on it. Maybe it has to do with the latest batches. I don't think I have ever had a misfire before, I guess I haven't since I have to think about it. lol

I do know that misfires happen when the bottom contact pin is screwed out too much.

yea i never had a misfire before maybe you have a bad spring

Maybe. I'll try using the spare spring and see what happens...

that's super weird. did you disassemble it and then the problem happened or was it like that when you got it? i had a friend who made a silly mistake and put in the spare spring between the battery's negative and ground contact. the spare spring made contact and it fired... in his pocket and burnt his thigh LOL!

id search for a video of its complete disassembly/reassembly to see if you missed anything.

The issue happened and then I took it apart. Now it keeps happening, so then it's disassemble, reassemble, rinse, repeat.

It's like the springs are getting tangled and then the circuit isn't getting completed. Really weird.

Okay, watched an assembly video. Looks like the brass pin has a flat end which is upward in the video and a rounded end that's downward. I had it flipped. Let's see if this was the issue... Will report back tomorrow.

Been fine ever since flipping the pin.
