Have you tried Stixx Mixx? People seem happy with their service, and my one order from them went well. Will definitely order from them again.

What did they say when you contacted them?
If your order is in transit with USPS, good luck. The postal system is a mess right now.
I think it's a sucker bet, but I'd bet you that if he did contact N.E.T, he never received any sort of response. They were my go-to source for at least 5 or 6 years, but something happened. From fulfillment taking 2 or 3 days, at least a 10 day lag became standard and my poliite "what's going on?" emails that I would very seldom make went without even an acknowledgement that I had even contacted them. After spending over a thousand dollars with them, my final order took over 3 weeks to boot.
Throw in the irritation that after 3 or 4 days, you'd receive a notice a shipping label was created. That meant almost nothing since the package would not be mailed for another week or so. And finally, they offer a discount coupon for spending $100 with them. The last one I got (my 17th so do the math) was not honored with a "discount does not apply" message everytime I tried to use it. I don't know if it has any relation, but previous to using it I'd posted a couple of messages like this one when the subject came up.
I thank everything that's holy that I found Stixx Mixx and all my business now goes to them. I found that getting premixed base was easy, and mixing their extracts to my exact requirements was even easier. And it's as good or better than anything I got from N.E.T.
So sad when one of the best in the business somehow becomes more difficult than dealing with a Chinese non-english speaking vape store.

Black Note is an option. I ordered directly from their website. My order shipped the next day and I had it two days later.
