So I got a Riva 510 kit earlier this month from Neusmoke. One thing I noticed is that one of my batteries performed better than the other. I did some research here on ECF and found that a fully charged Riva 510 batt is supposed to give off 4.2v on the multimeter. I numbered them 1 and 2, and put my findings to the test, only to find that while number 2 is firing off the proper 4.2v, number one, when fully charged, is only giving me 3.3-3.4v. So I bought another batt of same make and model from the same vendor. Fully charged, it's only giving me 3.5v. That means that 2 out of 3 batteries are NOT giving a fully enjoyable amount of vapor and flavor (and I'm currently on a strong diy 30pg/70vg TPA DK tobacco kick right now!
) If this is the standard of quality Neusmoke settles for, I don't think I'll be trusting any of their other hardware either.
