Because I've never posted (just searched & read MANY pages), I can only ask my questions here in the "New Members" forum.
I've been vaping for over a year now, and would like to make my own e-juice. I've down loaded the "e-liquid Creator" xls file, (for the recipe by either "drops" or "ml" measurements) & checked out suppliers for the nic juice. I'm ready to buy & mix.
I really like this downloaded spreadsheet because I'm Excel savvy myself BUT, I can't get a handle on the answer to these questions-
What kind of "Commercial e-liquid" (mentioned in the chart), does it assume I'm going to use?
And, If I use a nic juice that is 100% PG based, then do I need to buy double the mG strength in order to add the VG in order to get the proper ratio (50 - 50 since I mentioned "double"), and vape qualities?
This excel chart is a great recipe for a beginner! (The other charts online don't work on my browser), I plan on making my own flavors, and I understand that a 40% VG to 60% PG is "average", but when you start out with a "Commercial E-Liquid" that is already mixed with PG, this chart doesn't seem to make sense to me.
I'd like to buy the nic juice at 60mg & PG based, since PG is harder to get and VG is so easily available. I like about 15mg to 20mg nicotine level.
I'm really good at percentages, and understanding recipe amounts, but using this spread sheet is confusing me, lol!
I appreciate your advice!
