I find all the flavor in the exhale and only when I include the nostrils> I am a thorough barbarian and not a wine tasting aficionado so I can only blindly speculate that the flavor is appreciated by including the upper palate or mucus membranes in the roof of mouth and sinuses....all i do know is that when I take longish slow inhales retaining the vapor in my mouth and forcing exhale through nose I Get The Named Flavor of almost every liquid tried.>>>hoping those in search of same find it soon...because some of these flavors make analogs seem even less refined than .....me.
