:(This is day 3 for me, with my 501 Titan from Totally Wicked. Things started off fine, I guess. I ordered the USB charger along with my kit, and plugged in both batteries to charge overnight. I was surprised at how fast I seemed to be using up the cartridges. Guess I read some wrong info. about them somewhere, saying that a cartridge is equal to a pack of cigarettes. (Not on Totally Wicked, someplace else) On most sites this is hard information to find. Why is that?

I was going through a cartridge in about 30 - 45 mins. What???

Next problem was with my batteries. They are only lasting about 2 hours if that. Did I damage them by charging them all night? What is the correct amount of time to charge each time? Could it be I'm only getting only a partial charge?

So, is it possible to find a USB pass through charger, with a great vapor and long lasting cartridge so I can smoke at will, and not have to stop and fuss so much with topping off or refilling carts and charging the batteries so often? I'm disabled and stay at home most of the time, so this is the way for me to go, I think. My laptop is always right beside me.

At this time of my life, I'm a heavy smoker / 3 packs a day. Started over 40 years ago, and needed to stop, right now! This seemed like the perfect answer for me, and I so much want it to work. I'm hoping a real veteran e-cig smoker out there can give me advise. What am I doing wrong? How can I correct it?

Oh ya, one more thing. How many times have you put the led in your mouth and tried to take a drag? LOL That manual battery gets me every time!

Thanks,
J.

Thank you, that information was helpful!

You can also use the passthrough Janty USA has for the Dura C. The Dura C and 510 have interchangeable parts. The battery life is not so good. I think it's because they burn so hot. But they do charge up quickly. Took me a week or two to get one all the way charged by the time the other one ran out.

I love my Dura-C! It's completely replaced my other e-cigs. It does have it's quirks, but the trade-off is worth it, incredible vape!

The atomizer gets super hot, which both drains the battery quick and empties the carts fast! Solution, USB-Passthrough(I've got the one from Janty) or the PCC and a couple spare batteries. When I go out I carry 3 batteries, two in a case, one in the PCC, and never run out of batteries! The USB passthrough works, but doesn't seem as powerful as the actual batteries, don't know why, I don't use it much, I've got 4 batteries.

I get about an hour of constant use, and if I smoke about a cigarettes worth every hour, I get about a 4 hour battery life. All my batteries take just around an hour to fully charge.

The Dura-C has a kickass cart design, because I never get any leaking!
I find the best way for me is to use a little dropper that has a long skinny tip to get to the bottom of the cart, I stick it way down in there, and fill it right to the top!

You want the top of the filling to be just slightly wet looking, don't leave a puddle there, or it will flood the atomizer and cause weak vapor production! If you flood it, just blow it out in to a paper towel.

With a full cart I get probably 2 to 3 cigarettes worth of drags. Some other models get longer, but that's because they arn't hot enough to fully vaporize, and is why they give poor throat hits.

I also find the stuffing in the 510 carts to be horrible, I've been taking the filler out of 901 carts and using that. For some reason the filler in the 510 carts shreds, and junks up the atomizer.

I'd definately suggest you get a passthrough, and then ready a bunch of carts for your day, then just switch carts when empty!

My Dura's USB charger is completely useless it would seem, it still is flashing between red and green after charging the night and theres barely any throat hit compared to my pen. I may have a dud atomiser but I am going to try a mains charger first to make sure :)

There does seem to be a problem with the USB charger. The mains charger could have recharged 2 batteries I bet, while that one is still on red. Forever! Maybe I got a bad one? Think I'll email the company about it. Good to know someone else also had trouble, and it's not just me.

I hate being stuck in the position of no e-cig. I quit those cancer sticks!

Thank you for your input!

That's a great tip! I want to get the passthru and the PCC, just waiting for Wicked to get them in stock. My atomizer doesn't get super hot, but definitely on the warm side.

You say the passthru is not as strong, in what way? Vape? Throat hit?

I get about an hour of constant use, and if I smoke about a cigarettes worth every hour, I get about a 4 hour battery life. All my batteries take just around an hour to fully charge.

I'm a heavy smoker, and it's hard to tell how many cigs worth I'm smoking in an hour with the Titan. With the analogs, I'd smoke about 3/per hr. The larger cartridge size is why I decided on this one.

Where did you get that dropper style? Sounds like a good solution! I've tried taking the fill out and dropping directly on that, then putting it back in the cart. Seems to help, but messy and wasteful, as the paper towel soaks up some of the juice too.

Right! Great tip.

So for me, a full cart every hour. yikes! Maybe they'll invent something that automatically loads the juice while you vape on the pass thru, so it never runs dry. LOL! Yeah, that's the ticket!

I also find the stuffing in the 510 carts to be horrible, I've been taking the filler out of 901 carts and using that. For some reason the filler in the 510 carts shreds, and junks up the atomizer.

Now that's a plan, Stan! Thank you so much for your help!
