I am looking for an e cigar. I can not find much info or many retailer's that carry them. Maybe someone can help. I do not want a disposable. I want something that looks realistic and can be refilled. I have seen what I am looking for in videos but can only find throw aways and plastic looking tubes. Can anyone point me in the right direction? do they make realistic looking reusable e cigar's? Thanks.

slyvest,
I vaped an e-cigar back in 2008. The heater (atomizer) IS THE CIGAR. The atty die, cigar is dead. It also used a teenie weeney 10440 battery. I would charge up a small hand full when I left for work. Charge them during the day for the trip home. It vaped great, until the heater grabbed and melted some of the cartridge filler material. Nothing would make the "tastes like a burning plastic mop bucket, makes you want to puke" taste go away after that. After about 6, I gave up. Sure did look nice though.

While this is not a ready-made thing (it requires some DIY), someone posted a gorgeous cigar mod the other day on this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cosmetic-mods/224184-cigar-ego-wrap.html

They used a Sapphire as the base for the mod, and if you're willing to play around with making some shaped tips out of polymer clay, it looks fantastic. There's pics of both the building process and the finished piece in there.

Lately I've been using an echo batt (auto 1300 mah) with the echo cart (holds about 3ml of ejuice). This combination is essentially a really well made ecigar (about the right size and shape). If you add a good quality cigar-like juice it would be perfect. cropduster901.com has these available as kits for under $45 ECH0 1300 Black - $44.95 : CropDuster901 eCigs, eCigs, Vaporizers and Supplies . Tony is a great guy to deal with and an active participant in this forum.

I like messing with my manual egos/e-power 18650/510N batts and pass thrus at home but wanted something simple for carrying around that might last all day (unlike my little KR808Ds)- this is it for me.

If you want it to look realistic you would need to cover it with the tobacco-leaf graphics from the other thread referenced above. It would have the advantage over that mod of being auto (rather than manual - no button to push). The only glaringly obvious observable difference would be the blue led at the end rather than red ash (and smoke).

Like Rocketman said I think the atty forms part of the main body, but these are $21 shipped so they are out there

It a site called Dealextreme. I've used them a lot. They ship out of China so there's a couple week delivery time. They're pretty honest and reliable and their customer service is pretty good. But. Most of their stuff is hit or miss regarding quality. They have some really good stuff for the price, and they have some junk. They have a review section under their items and most of them have reviews, so make sure you read the reviews. I've bought a lot of flashlights, batteries and chargers from there and (knock on wood) have had pretty good luck. But it's not unusual to get 3 of an item and have one be a dud. So, be warned. If I absolutely had to have one of those cigars, I'd get 2 or 3 of them just to make sure I got one or two that worked. It's the nature of the beast with them. They'll replace anything defective, it just takes time dealing back and forth with China.

Just wanted to add that Nucig sells a disposable cigar -
I did get one, looks like a nice cigar , but studying it more closely the finish is not perfect, and I must say the taste leaves a lot to be desired! You could offcourse dispose off the supplied e-juice in the tank and refill with a better quality juice. I have onely been using this for maybe half an hour, and there might still be some kind of primer left in the atty to foul the taste?
