this is my first post so I'm just checking out how well the site works
I have been vaping V2 and was starting to get tired of them. I wanted to get something that was basically way out of my league to make it fun again before i went back to cigs. Is there anything I should know before it arrives in the mail?

Also I am starting DIY. I wanted more flavor than i was getting. I cant wait to make my rum and cola juice. i bought it from flavour art. does anyone know if they have a good cola or a place where to buy a good cola flavor?

Hey there & welcome! I agree you've made an awesome purchase! Since I received mines a couple weeks ago I can't put the thing down! Let us know how you like it!

You might want to post you DIY question in a separate thread. You might miss out on a lot of info & help since its not in the title. Wish I could be of more help but I'm not that brave to try DIY quite yet.

I can only speak from personal experience & wish I'd purchased mines sooner so I think it's a good thing you're buying one now. If this helps...started with a ego kit, then purchased a ego twist, then purchased a smok groove, then my provari. Long story short, I sold my groove & I'm using my egos to help friends get started & when I'm running a quick errand or something. My next purchase will be another Provari.

No special instructions. It will take you a few minutes to get used to the 5 press menu entry and navigate it, but on day 2 you will be very comfortable with it. It's pretty much charge the battery if needed, screw off the bottom cap, insert the battery button first, replace the battery cap, screw on an atomizer, and vape. It comes set at the default 4v for a 3 ohm atty. It will retain your settings when you change the battery and will be pretty much problem free, at least mine has been. When you dial in a voltage you get that voltage under load every time.

Extra batteries and a small battery case is always a good plan. Congratulations on your new toy!

Good suggestion. I have a small battery case for 18650's that I ordered from Provape. I put an 18650 in one side and a filled carto in the other just in case my primary coil pops or my battery gets low from and unexpected delay getting home. In my pocket is a 3ml bottle of juice for top offs. You don't want to have to look for a nic source while out on the town. Cigs are dangerous and gas station ecigs are expensive.

Congrats on the ProVari!! I wish that I hadn't waited more than 2 years into vaping to finally break down and give it a try, would have saved me a LOT of money in the long run. But be warned most ProVari owners can't seem to stop at 1. I see at least a mini and another full size in my future. You will have to let us know how you like it.

I can't give you any advice on DIY it's not my thing but there are some really great threads in the DIY sub-forum you can check out.
