New and Need help in Central Florida

So far I have purchased the

• njoy PRO
• Smoke Fifty One
• E-Cigarette

FOR ME --
The batteries last longest with the NJOY pro. Purchased one box of Vanilla 'filters.' Taste awful .. I also found in a local store pack of menthol. I didn't like them very much and that is why I ordered on line the Vanilla.

I love the amount of vapor and the taste from the Vanilla Smoke51's but the batteries die so fast !! I have 2 that will not take a charge, one replacement that arrived dead .. Nobody replies to my email .. PLUS .. They are not refillable as far as I know ..

Bought the E-Cigarette at a local mall .. Charged up a battery and was disappointed .. It looks just like the smoke51 but the batteries are not interchangeable .. and the flavor is too much like my NJOY Pro.

I am trying to quit my 40 year, pack or more per day Kool Menthol habit. For some weird reason I am not having nicotine fits .. I tried some NON nicotine vanilla refills from Smoke51 and was very happy with them because they had a lot of vapor and great taste and smell ..

I don't really want to refill .. I am not a very good cook !! Not very good at following directions. Maybe someone has some advice. Sorry if I sound like I am talking in circles .. My mind is begging me to go to the store for a pack of Kools ..

Im sure you purchased your hardware without checking here first...shame shame

and....if you want to try new flavors, extend your cart life and save some cash...yes...you do want to refill...aka top off. its not hard nor messy.

you have quite a bit of reading ahead of you...read these forums, use the search feature and watch the videos....you will learn alot

Out of the 3 units you have, I'd continue to work with the NJoy - pricey but fairly dependable.... and you've got the warranty.

E-Juice is the way to go - the pre-filled carts you've got are nothing compared to the bottled juice....and filling the carts is not that hard!

To fill: take the cart out of your atomizer, take your bottle of juice, and drip a couple of drops on the cart stuffing. Just until it looks moist. Then put it back in your atty and resume vaping...

I agree with Vicks that you should work with the NJOY product because fo the one year warranty on parts. I also agree with everyone else that topping off and occassionally refilling cartridges with smoking juice (available from most vendors listed on the forum homepage) will save you from buying expensive pre-filled cartridges, though there is nothing wring with only using pre-filled carts.

Unfortunately, vaping is a full-contact habit and may not be for you. If you are finding that vaping is keeping you from being tempted to go back to analogs, be prepared to have extra atomizers and batteries on hand. If you are without either of these components, your device won't work.

I also live in Central Florida. My favorite device is the Vapor King, same concept of Smoke 51 but a much better product. Vapor4Life is out of the VK at the moment but may have new supply in a few weeks.

I've also ordered the Nebula from VaporNine.com and am awaiting it to clear customs in N.Y. and be delivered to Vapornine in St. Petersburg, Fl. Am hoping the Nebula is comparable to the Vapor King and that I'll have two excellent devices to choose from.

If you want to PM me we can meet up & I will be more than happy to let you try my VK & Nebula (if I have it by the end of this week).

I've also smoked for many years like you and now have been analog free for three months.

I did not want to refill cartridges either, but after a time, it becomes easy and definitely cheaper. I have had many e cigs. In my opinion, the Janty Dura is the best. Their cartridges are also tasty. Like you, I have smoked for over 40 years, and I am a menthol smoker....Marlboro Smooths (used to smoke Kools though). At first, I wanted only menthol cartridges and juices. Now, for some reason, I no longer like menthol. BTW, I do still smoke 4-6 Smooths a day and still love them, so I don't really understand why I do not like the menthol cartridges and juices. Here's what I do love: Janty rum and Cappucino, Alterna Smokes sweet plumb, RY4 and Black Tea. I keep trying new flavors and new suppliers, so my list may change. Trying new liquids is not only fun; it is also obsessive....like smoking. I don't even take the cartridge filling out to top it off. I just drip a few drops onto it inside the plastic holder, and that takes about two seconds. You will probably enjoy e smoking/vaping more if you have some fun playing with tastes. Buy small bottles until you find the flavors and the suppliers you like best.

I was initally hesitant about refilling carts as well. My concern was more from a time standpoint. Busy job, 3 kids, all the usual time demands....................However, once I tried it I find that I can fill up a day or 2 worth of carts for both me and my wife in about 20-30 minutes. I actually find it is a good way to unwind and relax a bit after the kids are in bed......

I would highly recommend a syringe for filling your carts. You can get the cart completely full and it save a lot of time versus pulling the filler out with tweezers, filling the cart, and restuffing..........

but reading your lets meetup conversation made me want to say be carefull..
id at least get some information about who your meeting like a myspace or facebook or something..
especially with new members who dont have alot of posts etc,,
not that anyone on this thread isnt a great person or smart enough to think of this, but ill risk insulting any of you who may be young or even naive to say,,just be carefull..

Trashling - like most have already said, you're best bet with what you have is the Npro. It's a decent, reliable ecig. Refilling is actually VERY easy and if money is any sort of issue then it's the only way to go. I was thrilled when I got my Npro until I realized that I was only getting around 40 puffs to a cartridge. At 2$ per cartridge, analogues would actually be cheaper. Just get a bottle of ejuice (there's tons of dealers, tons of flavors, and it's very economical). When your cartridge starts to run dry, top it off with 7 or 8 drops (until its almost pooling at the top) and you're good to go. It's a piece of cake.
PS - don't give in to the temptation for those Kools. YOU CAN QUIT THE ANOLOGUES!!!

Please refill it is soooo much better the carts don't have a lot of juice....therfore not as much vapor. Get yourself some Menthol from puresmoker you will be happy I promise!
