I for one have been praying to the vapor gods to have another alternative to the terrible Smok Tech 510XL Dual Coil carto's, and their monopoly on the community.. I have nothing against smok tech, and I love a lot of their products including their new carto tanks, and the venerable eGo mega dual coil carto.. The problem was and is the 510 xl's, because unless you're using a 5-6v mod those carts perform weak at best.. I'm boggled at why the eGo DCC works so well but it maybe in the design of it and b/c Smok knows they will be used with ego devices.. As for the 510 DCC they are 3.2 ohms and they vape like it too.. As for Boge the makers of the finest quality carts you can buy I'm looking forward to arrival of them at vendors sites and since the 510D measures in at 45mm x 9mm and with std. and low resistance they're a perfect swap for most carto tanks, and now everyone with a VV or 3.7 device can enjoy clouds of vapor through their carts, woo-hoo !!!

That is a good question.
D stands for Disposable.
510D is designed to be a disposable cartomizer at the beginning.
actually it can be refilled for 2-4 times.
Huge oh boy... I should have read more closely and HC should have made it more clear...these are not as long as the DC and TC cartos by Smoketech....these are only 45mm, a couple mm longer than normal...they should have made them 50mm...so these are useless in regular size tanks and only will work in the shorty, mini tanks that the regular Boge's ALREADY FIT IN. WTF?
By the way, you might as well tell Boge they can stop making these unless they make them 50mm.

I also planed to use the XL Boge Cartomizer in the DCT, but i am now a little bit confused.
Thought that only the tube size is 45mm, without the thread which is going inside the 510 connection. Cause the thread of cartos is 5 mm long, it would be 50mm together with the tube.

The Smoktech single coils they are selling are the same length as their dual and triple coil cartos, but these boges are only 45mm INCLUDING THREADS, WHEREAS THE SMOKETECHS ARE 50-51MM, including threads. Even though it says 45mm, they still haven't corrected it, they're 50-51mm, plenty long enough for the large tanks. And yes I have received both types this week.

So i have the choice between cutting down my other DCT as i did with one of them to use the 2.7 Ohm Boge, or to buy the Smoktech Factory-Prepunched DC 1.5 Ohm, or the Smoktech Single-Coil 2.8 Ohm.

Yes hopefully soon HC will sell the tanks and the pre punched cartos, maybe even with the flange at the bottom. Can't believe they still don't sell the Smoketech tanks...they ARE Chinese aren't they???

WTF !! How dumb to you have to be to make something 1/2 cm to short ?? Why build a ridiculous odd size carto?? I guess Smok Tech keeps the monopoly on carts for DCT's!!
This may help: boge tried before with the "D" style Carts and they were junk, so I'm guessing that even if the XL's were the correct size they'd be junk anyways...

Certain Chinese manufacturers are behind the curve in terms of what the customers want. Can't use the XLs in the tanks, then why bother. It has to be an oversight. As far as Boge cartos being junk, I don't believe that to be the case if they are the same quality of their shorter cartos.
newsunshine...people use the steel cartomizers period. Either way, juice is in them and it doesn't matter whether it's inside or on the outside, juice is still coming in contact with the steel. If juice was going to change flavor, we would already be complaining about it but we aren't. Please look into carrying tanks. It would help boost your sales.
