new atty- no flavor?

Anyone have an issue where a brand new atty on a 510 produces vapor but no flavor?
It is not the juice. It's a high quality juice from TV.
Just wondering if my taste buds are fried or if I could have an atty problem.
It is happening with more than 1 new atty.

I find it takes a few hours to a day or so to break in a new atty enough to reach its optimal flavor/vapor/throathit performance

Try blowing it out to get rid of the non-flavored primer that's in the atty when it ships. Add a few drops of juice on the bridge and see how it works then.

(And as Val noted, they take a couple days to break in properly)

510s are known to have a break in period. I hate when I have to get a new one out because I know it will be below norm for a day or so. I have found that direct dripping helps speed the process along, but only do this if you have sealed manual batteries. Auto batts tend to flood.

Id say it still had primer in it and give it a few hours of constant use. probably will start performing.
